What was the highlight of Hotel Ilusion Calma

Staff excellent.

Staff fantastic,kind,helpful,polite. Could not have done more for us.

The room bathroom smelt v bad like cat urine smells. Think it was coming through air vents. Spoke to other guests with same problem. Bought some air freshners but did not make any difference. Toilet water constantly running. Bathroom door rotting at bottom and shower needed floor regrouting.

Maybe the best 3 star on the island!

Quite possibly the best 3 star in Mallorca, very cleverly modernised with a very good spa, polite & professional staff throughout especially reception and the older waiter in the restaurant, great location for work and for pleasure, the beachfront & its restaurants & bars are a few minutes away, I was also impressed with the quality and range for breakfast & dinner which I tried once during my stay

If you have a hire car, parking in This area can be a little tricky

Cheap n cheerful for a long weekend break

Very close to the airport and beach. Staff were amazing.

The food wasn’t the best but we paid very little to upgrade to all inclusive so we didn’t mind.

Wonderful

The personel is really nice, talking care of you all the way, inquiring about how you are and if there is something they night do to better the experience. Rooms are spacious with balconies, beds are comfortable, bathrooms have all uttilities one might need during their stay. The room also has a fridge and two glasses. Half-board was amazing, there isnt anything that could be better during breakfast and dinner had a great variety as well.

We had a room to the pool side and unfortunately some other tourists were quite loud during the evening and night and the sound isolation was nearly useless, resulting in two sleepless nights.

Wonderfull time there

- Close to busstop to city & airport - Close to beach - Friendly staff - Clean rooms - Extensive buffet & beverages

Can't think of comments. The Sauna and Spa area seems a bit small for the whole amount of guest of the hotel. But during the time that I was using these facilities, it was always calm.

Thinking of staying in May

The location was great,even though at first being so close to airport I thought noise would interfere with my stay. But it wasn't the case Area in May is quite and comfortable...no queuing or waiting long for food at restaurants.

It was all ok I'm not one to complain for the sake of complaining.

Good option if you need a value-for-money hotel convenient for visiting Palma.

We used this hotel as a convenient base from which to spend two full days in Palma. As such, it served our purposes well, given the high cost of city centre hotels. Bus stop close by with regular service into central Palma for just €2. We did not use the pool or spa facilities. Room was spacious, quiet and cool. Reception desk staff very helpful and sorted out an airport taxi when we left.

Good 3 star hotel

Great location, friendly staff. This is a good 3-star hotel. Staff go out of their way to meet your needs.

Would have been lovely, to drink out of glasses, not plastic cups, and a better cup of coffee. However, we enjoyed our stay.

Chairs on balcony were cheap uncomfortable plastic - had to take comfy chair from room outside Paintwork wasn’t great in places - there had been a leak in bathroom and mould around inside of balcony door Music /entertainment was too loud at times

Would stay again but would check room before unpacking.

Close to beach and bus stops. Good variety of food.

All entertainment stops at 10.30pm. No music or anything by the pool which also only gets the sun until just after lunch. Damaged balcony and awful smell from the drains in my room.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The location is great; very close to the beach and a short taxi to the airport. Nice restaurants in the area.

It was a nice hotel for a night. The air conditioning wasn't turned on until the evening time so the room felt humid before then. The doors are paper thin so you can hear people walking/talking in the hallways and doors closing so I can imagine it being loud depending on the guests you have as neighbours. All in all, it's a standard 3* hotel, so expect that.
