Had a fantastic stay and will be back

Great location for beach and the airport. Rooms really clean with comfortable bed Good choice of food and drinks and staff were great. The spa was an added bonus

Great facilities for the price we paid

Really impressed by the amount and quality of choice for dinner. They even serve ice cream. Breakfast good as well. Good price, lovely staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

There's quite a lot of noise in the evening which makes it difficult to fall asleep early. They make you wear a hotel wrist band that you can't take off during your stay which I found a bit annoying.

Very Good

Bright rooms and clean bathrooms. As previously mentioned Antonio was brilliant. Friendly and welcoming, he clearly loves his job and customer service.

Good for stay near the aiport

The proximty to the airport was the biggest plus for this property. The possiblity to check-in 24x7 made it possible to check-in after landing on a late flight. The staff were kind and friendly.

There is no parking available at the hotel. There are lots of free public parking spots available in the vicinity. But the roads are very narrow. The property seems to be pretty old, with all the furnitures and the room fittings having some kind of damage or the other. The air-conditioner is not in operation during the off-season.

Good

Kind personnel. Room was spacious and clean, apart from the fact that I found a lighter in my bed! Practical location for a night close to the airport but otherwise there are nicer places in Mallorca.

Spa very hot and humid. They offer an early cold breakfast before 8am but it's basically only bread, tomatoes and cheese slices. Also, they told us taxi was 15 eur and actually charged us 18, so the price is not fixed. Loud music till 23.

Nice location but rooms quality need to be improved

Location of the hotel, close to Palma by bus. Plenty of shops where to rent bikes at a cheap price. Enjoyed the spa included in our stay and the amount of things to visit and places to eat or take a drink

Cleanliness of the room is very poor: sheets of bed never changed in 7 days; we left towels to be changed and exactly the same ones were put back. Room floor and bedside tables dirty and dusty and awful smell coming from the bathroom pipes. Overall poor quality of the food: low variety of food and in some occasions food was outdated and smelly. Even if a 3 star hotel, cleanliness needs to be a must.

Great location, lovely staff

The property was clean safe, good location and staff were friendly.

The only thing was there was a lot of noise in the mornings, definitely not the place to come if you want to party late and sleep in.

Nice stay. A few hiccups but overall not bad.

Staff were incredibly nice!!! Place was clean enough but definitely notice the rooms were not cleaned in the way some other hotels do. Didn’t make bed etc. Had to ask to get sheets changed. Loose hairs…one of the mattresses was horrendous but they swapped that out for a different one which was much better! A little loud and people leaving their cups in the hallways (this has nothing to do with the hotel, I guess just the people that are staying there.)

Very welcoming staff, comfy beds and good food.

The food was very good so tasty and fresh alot of options. Location is perfect 5 min to the beach.5 min to the Airport by taxi(15e) The beds were very comfortable. We had triple room (344)it was very spacious with the town view and big balcony.They had some sweets left on the beds kids loved it. I thought it was very nice touch.We felt very welcome. Definitely coming back here again.

Wonderful

The hotel is lovely, in a great location-few mins walk from the beach, it's very clean and the food is amazing. Everyday there was a great selection of food and desserts! Also, very friendly staff! The only negative part was a noise of a fan coming from outside-not sure what was it but didn't let me sleep well the first night. It was solved with earplugs though the day after :) I will come back again!

Very Good

Hotel clean and tidy , staff helpfull and food was good for a 3* , plenty of choice . Close to the airport and the beach. Ideal for 3-4 night stay.

No air conditioning this time of year but still hot for us brits.

The location of the hotel is superb and the staff are helpful, even offer me lunch because I missed the breakfast time. Easy walk to different amenities both day and night. The rooms are clean and tidy with excellent views and balcony.

Very Good

Large comfortable room could do with coffee making facilities in the room as breakfast was not till 8.30 and as an early riser there is no where to get a drink. The coffee machines in the bar are not switched on until 10. Food good and enough choice for a budget hotel didn’t use the pool or any other facilities as we were only there 1 night.

Good value for money

A Great hotel, staff excellent and helpful. Good choice of food, fresh and varied. Well situated, just a short walk to the beach, the port, bars cafés and restaurants. The spa is very small and not a high standard. Steam room not hot at all, pool very small, but very warm, and a small jacuzzi. The pool is nice but after 15h30 (in march) it's totally in the shade. Other than the small front terrace nowhere in the sun to sit after this time. These are just comments, it didn't ruin our holiday we still had à good time. Excellent value for money and we would go again, just not as a spa holiday.

Staff excellent.

Staff fantastic,kind,helpful,polite. Could not have done more for us.

The room bathroom smelt v bad like cat urine smells. Think it was coming through air vents. Spoke to other guests with same problem. Bought some air freshners but did not make any difference. Toilet water constantly running. Bathroom door rotting at bottom and shower needed floor regrouting.

Maybe the best 3 star on the island!

Quite possibly the best 3 star in Mallorca, very cleverly modernised with a very good spa, polite & professional staff throughout especially reception and the older waiter in the restaurant, great location for work and for pleasure, the beachfront & its restaurants & bars are a few minutes away, I was also impressed with the quality and range for breakfast & dinner which I tried once during my stay

If you have a hire car, parking in This area can be a little tricky
